When you use this website, non-personal data (e.g., browser type, date and time of visit) as well as essential personal data (IP address) are automatically collected and stored. The collection and storage of these data are essential to maintain security, functionality and stability of the website.

When you contact my business, you voluntarily provide personal data such as your name, e-mail address and any other information you submit in order to process your enquiry. All text fields in the contact form (Name, E-mail and Message) are classified and protected as PII (Personally Identifiable Information); additionally, you must expressly consent to the collection and storage of the information provided.

Yes, because the website and associated data are stored on servers belonging to an external hosting provider. This provider acts as the data processor and is therefore legally considered a third party.

The website is hosted by Wix (Wix.com Ltd. Yunitsman 5 St, Tel Aviv, Israel, hereinafter referred to as “Wix”). Data processed via the website is transferred to EU/EEA/EFTA countries as well as to the following countries outside the EU/EFTA/EEA which meet adequate data protection standards: Israel (primary processing; adequate according to the European Commission and the Swiss Data Protection Act), USA (hosting of parts of the website; adequacy based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as well as the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission and the Swiss Addendum).
